Please beware of their practices and rudeness. I suggest getting total clarity from them as to what your initial payments count toward. I joined on March 31 under their "special" "Only $19.95 to join and $19.95 per month with no contract". It cost me $91.25 that day...$19.95 to join, $19.95 1st month upfront, last month upfront, a $25 "processing fee" + tax on the whole amount. I almost immediately injured my shoulder and am under a Doctor's care, so I never once used the facilities. In May, I received a letter from them that they could not debit my account, so they were cancelling me. I understood I was out the $91.25. I got a call a couple of days ago from them asking me for my debit info. I told them I would not be continuing. She insisted I must come in to sign a cancellation form. I did that today and they demanded another $68 from me. I showed them I paid for April and for the last month (this month, June) when I signed up. The most I would owe is $19.95 for May. They took the cancellation form I signed and tore it up in front of me saying they would NOT ALLOW me to cancel until I paid them $68. This was not a cancellation fee. They said I owed for April, since I joined March 31st ($19.95 for one day?) and the last month applied to the month AFTER you cancel (July). I left without paying anything and them threatening me that unless I paid the $69 the charges would continue to mount. I find this astonishing and a hideous way to conduct business. Be careful if you think about joining there!
