I'm excited to announce the latest addition to our site - a page dedicated to the wonderful master planned community known as Treeline. Treeline is locatedin Northwest Houston along the Southern edge of Tomball, where owners enjoy the saftey of a gated community and lovely resort style amenities.

We've just been informed that Taylor Morrison, a new home builder in Houston, is now offering a $10,000 BTSA (bonus to selling agent) to our real estate agents for selling one of their inventory homes in Treeline.
What does this mean for you? If you've met us before, you might know that we like giving these bonuses straight to our clients. That's right - would you like $10,000 to help pay for your closing costs?
Treeline is a gated enclave community, known for it's gorgeous exteriors with stone accents and spacious floor plans.

I've just gotten word that Taylor Morrison is offering a huge bonus to me whenever I move a client into one of their inventory homes in Summerwood.
I'm going to pass this incentive on to you! They're bonus to agents at this time is a whopping $15,000, so if you know of somene looking in Summerwood - let them know they can immediately get a $15,000 bonus to help pay closing costs.
Prices range from the $250's to the $330's for these particular inventory homes. There is also a stimulus package that Taylor Morrison advertises that potentially saves nearly $16,000 to buyers when they buy their homes.
