"Steve was very thorough in explaining every part of the process, in keeping us up to date with emails, phone calls, faxes, etc, and put forth extra effort to help where he could with any problems that arose. He even went, what I would call out of his way, to help me get a second opinions for mortgage lenders, and repair services which came in very handy at closing.

In my particular case, I needed a second opinion on the AC for the house I was fixing to buy since I believed it was questionable. He not only called around looking for a company with a good price, but even scheduled it once he got my approval. This is typically the buyer’s responsibility but he knew we were in a stressful and busy situation, so he did all of the work for us. It came back that the unit was in very poor condition. Steve worked to get me money to replace the unit at the very day of closing being that we found out that we had a problem the day before closing.

We closed on Thursday and I was very happy with Steve as a realtor, but I was even more happy when a day after we closed, the AC compressor went out on the house, and we had the money that Steve helped us to get from the homeowner for replacing the unit. It’s not hard to see that Steve doesn’t want you to buy a house you will not be happy with. I was so impressed with his service compared to what many of my other friends had to deal with that I offered to write this review for him since I like to give credit to where it’s due, and in this case it’s every bit of deserved.

I would recommend him highly to other Houston-Imports.com members, friends, family and whoever might ask about needing a realtor."
