It turns out that I had to sell the house in Humble not too long after I purchased it due to some personal business. Steve was right there willing to help in a very difficult time for me. He assured me that we could sell the house quickly using his extensive marketing scheme and get me top dollar for the house. Steve kept his word and the house had a firm contract in two weeks after being listed on the market and it sold for a higher price than I paid for it. If you ask me, those are amazing results for only two weeks of marketing! Selling a home is quite easy compared to purchasing a home since Steve basically takes care of everything and all I had to do was show up at the title company on the closing day.

I would highly recommend using Steve if you plan on purchasing or selling a home in the near future. He does an exceptional job and treats his client’s right. Many people that I spoke to about their home purchase/sale had negative things to say about their agent. I must say that I have nothing but positive things to say about both of my transactions. Both transactions were done flawlessly.
