"I would like to thank Steve Castañeda for his hard work and determination in finding the right home for me. Me being the first time buyer that I am, had lots of questions about the acquisition of properties...Steve always took the time to break everything down in layman's terms for us common folk who are foreign to the "real estate jargon" and now I know pretty much everything there is to know about purchasing properties...he was always kind, courteous, and was never condescending towards me, even though my questions were remedial at times.

"We hit several snags in our relentless persuit to find me a new home. From the mortgage company(ies) to the slab of land that my property was sitting on, there was always an issue. Issues that were even foreign for Steve but he maintained his persistence. We finally got through all of the red tape and I am now sitting happily in the new home that Steve bent over backwards to help me find.

Steve never made me feel that he was in it strictly for the money. Sure, everybody's gotta eat, but everytime i had to engage in conversation with Steve, it was like talking with a friend who's looking out for you and not a hired Real Estate agent who wants to stick you in "whatever" place so he could get paid...calling Steve a "professional" would be an understatement as he has shown more character and poise in a business transaction than any other person I have ever known...

Furthermore, I will direct all of my friends and family who are in the market for properties to Steve Castañeda at Keller Williams, just for the plain fact that he'd rather see you sitting happily in your home than make a quick buck off you...that in itself goes a long way and shows me where the priorities of all Real Estate agents should be. In the future, I won't take any chances with any other real estate agent as long as I know that there is a person like Steve in the game...

Steve, thank you for your sincerity and your help. I will definately remember the strings we had to pull and all the ****-piles we had to crawl out of to get this house for me...thanks again bro..."
